Directions to Alaska Birch
Cottages:
From Anchorage – Take the Glenn Highway towards
Palmer and Wasilla. Continue over the overpass after
you see the Palmer turn-off, and take the first exit
off Alaska Highway 3 (Parks Highway) at Trunk Road.
On the right, you will see the large new building of
the Mat-Su Regional Medical Center. Drive up the
ramp, and turn right at the top on to Trunk Road.
Watch for the curves as you drive approx. 3.5 miles
up Trunk Road to the Palmer-Wasilla Highway traffic
lights. (Four Corners.) Turn left and proceed
approx. ½ mile to Schelin Spur, where you turn
right. Take the first right on to Green Forest Drive
and drive north approx. ½ mile, turn right at the
4-way stop on to Frances Lane, and immediately right
into Cotswold Circle. All 6 cottages are ahead.
From Palmer - Palmer-Wasilla Highway through
lights at Four Corners (intersection of
Palmer-Wasilla Highway and Trunk Road), after ½ mile
turn right on to Schelin Spur, then take first right
on to Green Forest Drive. Drive north approx. ½
mile, turn right at 4-way stop on to Frances Lane,
and immediately right into Cotswold Circle. All 6
cottages are ahead.
From Wasilla – Palmer-Wasilla Highway past
Top of the World Autobody, turn left on to Schelin
Spur, and take the first right on to Green Forest
Drive. Drive north approx. ½ mile, turn right at
4-way stop on to Frances Lane, and immediately right
into Cotswold Circle. All 6 cottages are ahead.
Alternatively from Wasilla – east on Bogard
Road, turn right opposite fire station at foot of
Engstrom Road on to Green Forest Drive. Drive south
approx. 1 mile, and turn left at 4-way stop on to
Frances Lane, and immediately right into Cotswold
Circle. All 6 cottages are ahead.
